Note 4: The house has capacity for people who rent comfortably in beds; moreover, it should be noted that the lessee shall not bring, at any time, EXTRAS GUESTS from those identified in this contract.
Note. 5: Due to the Portuguese law of Local Accommodation, it is completely forbidden to make PARTIES in the Accommodation.
Note 6: Avoid damage and noise under everything after 10 PM to avoid unhappy neighbours or our charges for damage caused.
Note 7: We advise that you must have travel insurance. The owners are not responsible for any accident on the property or cancellation of the reservation, flights or illness. If you cancel, we will give you up to 1 (ONE) year to re-book and not lose your deposit.

Advertised for holiday rentals: We charge a service fee every booking confirmed of 20% if we find you the client.
Our services extend to guiding you through the process of buying or renting Madeira property, ensuring that all legal criteria are met.
When advertising your property for sale in the international and national market, as a registered and legal Real Estate agency, we have a contract that you must sign. This includes a service fee if we find you a buyer, which ranges from 3% to 6% of the sale value depending on whether you have advertised exclusively with us or not.

Our PREMIUM SERVICE will charge from 100 Euros to 300 Euros for up to 3 months depending on the services and information you require. When you arrive to view properties, we will prepare a maximum of 2 days of visits with a daily charge of 50 Euros for a maximum of 2 hours of viewing time each day.
